CenSE is delighted to announce that Dr Maria Cucciniello has been appointed as new Deputy Director of CenSE, following the departure of Dr Sophie Flemig in 2019.

Dr Cucciniello joined the University of Edinburgh Business School from Bocconi University in Milan in October last year as Senior Lecturer in Service Management.

She brings extensive expertise in mobile health, e-government, and transparency and accountability. She is also an expert in conducting social experiments and in working with and alongside Public Service Organisations.

CenSE looks forward to her contribution to the Centre in the coming years. She now completes a Centre leadership team of five:

  • CenSE Deputy Director: Dr Maria Cucciniello, Senior Lecturer in Service Management
  • CenSE Co-director: Dr Dahlia El-Manstrly, Lecturer in Marketing

  • CenSE Assistant Director: Dr Kirsty Strokosch, Research Fellow/Teaching Fellow in Service Management
